I'm a Technical Project Manager / Development Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering software, digital products, CRM initiatives, and technology projects across cross-functional teams.
My work sits between the technical, operational, and human sides of a project: creating clarity, managing dependencies and risks, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams turn complex requirements into work that can actually be delivered.
My engineering background gives me a structured way of thinking, while years of working with software teams have taught me that successful delivery depends just as much on communication, judgment, and collaboration as it does on process.
Outside of technology, I'm also a musician and creative producer. My experience in music, media, and animation has given me another perspective on collaboration, iteration, and creative production — and it is becoming increasingly relevant to the kind of technology and creative projects I want to work on.
