Target Production

Production Context

A real production environment where creative work meets project management.

This is an ongoing television animation production created for an Iranian television network serving audiences outside Iran.

The production is planned as a 20-episode series, with each episode approximately five minutes long and a target production duration of approximately nine to twelve months.

My Role

Keeping the creative production moving.

As a volunteer Project Coordinator / Manager, I help translate the creative production plan into an organized delivery process.

Production Timeline

Coordinate production timelines and help keep work progressing toward planned episode and delivery milestones.

Deliverables

Track production deliverables and help maintain visibility into what needs to be completed, reviewed, and moved forward.

Reviews & Dependencies

Coordinate reviews and dependencies between different parts of the production process so that blockers are identified early.

Team Communication

Support communication across the approximately seven-person team and help keep everyone aligned on current priorities and next steps.

Production Scope

A long-form production with a defined creative scope.

The current plan includes a family of four core characters supported by approximately ten supporting characters, with production organized across a nine-to-twelve-month target timeline.

Core Characters

A central family forms the core of the production's character structure.

~10

Supporting Characters

Additional characters are currently anticipated as part of the broader production.

20

Planned Episodes

Approximately five minutes of animation planned for each episode.

Production Workflow

Managing the flow between creative work and delivery.

Animation production involves interconnected creative tasks, reviews, dependencies, and deliverables. My focus is keeping that flow visible and coordinated while allowing the creative team to do its work.

Production In Progress

The project is currently in production.

Because production is ongoing, the focus of this case study is on scope, coordination, workflow, and responsibilities rather than final performance metrics.

As the project progresses, this page can evolve to include confirmed milestones, production outcomes, and other measurable results.

Why It Matters

Creative production still needs strong delivery management.

This project brings my technical project-management experience into a creative production environment, where schedules, dependencies, communication, reviews, and delivery discipline are just as important as the creative work itself.
